Credit Card required to guarantee your reservation. We are holding the reservation on a guaranteed basis. In case of cancellation please contact the hotel before 2.00pm local time 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid any cancellation or no show charges equivalent to the rate on the first night plus taxes.
The Barnsdale is a non-smoking hotel. Should you choose to smoke in your bed room, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning surcharge upon or after your departure, which will be an additional nights room rate and further charges relating to the deep cleaning of the room may also be incurred.
Guest Personal Property
The Barnsdale accepts no liability for any damage to or any loss of guests' personal property.
Well behaved Dogs are welcomed at The Barnsdale. We have 4 dog friendly ground floor rooms. There is a £20 per night charge per Dog. A maximum of 2 Dogs per room. We provide a dog welcome pack on arrival. No dogs can be left in the room unattended.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide babysitting services until further notice.
To guarantee your reservation:
We request Credit card information required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation at the hotel.
When checking in we will ask for a Pre-authorisation amount of your first night’s Accommodation plus £100. This will be deducted from your bill on check-out or refunded if you have not exceeded the amount.
Check-in and Check-out
Our priority is to have your room ready from 3.00pm. Should you wish to join us earlier to enjoy our facilities, we will be delighted to store your luggage with the porter until the time that your bedrooms become available.
You are kindly asked to vacate your room by 11.00am on your day of departure. If bedrooms are not vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure, a charge may be made.
Please note that all rooms are non-smoking.
We provide bespoke Bramley bathroom amenities that are in sustainable bottles. Your welcome to use during your stay. If bottles are taken from room, the hotel reserve right to charge.
